Een Yuan Long

Een Yuan Long started his journey in this profession in 2006. He graduated from Temasek Polytechnic with a Diploma in Accounting and Finance.

His leadership and passion gave him the opportunity to become the General Manager of his previous employment at the young age of 24.

This started during his secondary school days when he was appointed Assistant Head of Training in NPCC. He continued to serve as a Cadet Inspector after graduating and he led his team of Inspectors for a term of 3 years.

He was appointed OC Service and Technical by Police National Service Department. He was awarded the Commander’s Commendation Award for his service. Yuan Long was posted to Singapore Police Force (SPF) for his National Service as a patrol crew.

Over the years Yuan Long has taken on the role of Master Facilitator for many high profile leadership, team building and school programs. He does not shy away from any challenges and approaches all programs with an open and adaptive mindset.

Yuan Long was also appointed the Treasurer and founding member of Outdoor Learning and Adventure Education Association (OLAE) to steer the industry forward.
